What if I want to cancel?

No long-term contract. Cancel anytime by phone or email. You'll be billed only for service through the cancellation date and any services already performed are fulfilled.

Does the plan cover repair labor?

It covers diagnosis and the first hour of labor on simple fixes. Larger repairs are billed at our priority-customer rate (10 percent below standard). Parts are at cost plus markup, with the quote provided up front.

Can I add bird proofing to the plan?

Yes. Plan members get 10 percent off bird proofing, hard water stain removal, and drone thermal inspection.
